Giovanna Motta
Footwear Developer & Trend Forecaster
With 20 plus years of experience within the footwear industry, Giovanna is an experienced pattern maker, designer and trend forecaster. She spent several years working as Head Designer for Bata and then continued to work as self-employed for many well-known brands such as Bruno Magli and Pretty Ballerinas.
She also worked for several years for a multinational company as a trend forecaster as well as for well-known suppliers such as Schmid and San Fang.
Federica Elettra De Pasquale
Footwear Developer & Trend Forecaster
Started her carrier as a trend forecaster for San Fang, a multinational Taiwanese company. Federica then developed an interest for footwear making and decided to move on to the position of footwear developer.
Since then, she has worked in close contact with factories and Italian suppliers to develop new and exciting styles for well-known brands such as Alexander McQueen, Dear Frances and some emerging luxury start-ups such as No.6 Store, Daissy Ornelas, Zoe Lee etc.
